• Deep Purification: The QXJ-6000 Bubble Washing Machine utilizes high-pressure oscillation to remove impurities while preserving vegetable integrity and ensuring raw material cleanliness.

• Precision Color Preservation: The PTJ Blanching Unit achieves efficient enzyme inactivation through automated temperature control, locking in the natural color of the vegetables to enhance product marketability.

• High-Efficiency Drying: The QD-10000 Five-Layer Dryer integrates hot air recirculation technology, supporting a wide temperature range (40°C–100°C) to ensure uniform dehydration while significantly reducing operational energy costs.
  
  

Industrial Configuration & Parameters

The entire system consists of seven core units coordinated for high-load operational stability:The line integrates a 6.0 kW Washer, 4.0 kW Blancher, and 6.0 kW Cooler for pre-processing. The core dehydration stage is handled by the 36.0 kW Five-Layer Continuous Dryer, supported by a 3.3 kW Air Dryer, 1.1 kW Vibrating Screen, and 0.55 kW Elevator. All components are constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, fully complying with international food safety and hygiene standards.
