Fluidized Bed Quick Freezer

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Fluidized bed freezers utilize stainless steel mesh belts. During transport, food is blown vertically upward by high-speed, high-pressure air, surrounded by low-temperature airflow in a semi-suspended or suspended state, rapidly freezing. An adjustable-frequency mechanical vibration device under the belt prevents various products from sticking together during freezing.

The freezer utilizes a two-section conveyor. The first section rapidly cools the food surface to freezing temperature. Mechanical vibration prevents food particles from sticking together. The second section, a freezer compartment, deep freezes the food to ensure optimal freezing. Fluidized bed freezers are ideal for freezing granular, flake, block, and small-sized foods.

Features

1. The conveyor belt is a high-strength, all-stainless steel fluidized bed conveyor belt with a small mesh width, making it suitable for freezing small products. The mesh belt is constructed of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure product hygiene. 2. The insulation enclosure is wrapped with 0.7mm thick 304 stainless steel corrugated compression ribs. Both the inner and outer packaging feature 0.6mm 304 stainless steel concave and convex compression ribs. The internal PIR is filled with foam, for a total thickness of S = 150mm.

3. The entire bottom of the enclosure is made of 3mm thick stainless steel plate with a 1.4° slope. This prevents water leakage during cleaning and frost flushing, ensuring smooth and convenient drainage.

4. Internal structural components are made of 304 stainless steel, with the contact area with the conveyor belt made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene anti-friction material.

5. The evaporator is made of all-aluminum (aluminum alloy) or 304 stainless steel tubes with 0.4mm thick fins for corrosion resistance, excellent heat exchange, and easy cleaning.

6. The fan features an aluminum alloy centrifugal impeller, which is corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and easy to clean.

7. The enclosure door is double-sealed and equipped with an electric heater, allowing it to be opened at any time to prevent freezing and sticking. 8. The conveyor belt is equipped with water cleaning nozzles that can be opened during use to ensure food hygiene. A 304 stainless steel high-pressure fan blows away water droplets, ensuring they do not affect product freezing.

9. The drive unit uses a sew reducer for reliable performance.

10. The mesh belt is controlled by a variable frequency power supply, with stepless speed adjustment.

11. The front and rear sections of the mesh belt are equipped with variable frequency vibrating rollers to prevent product sticking. The mesh belt also provides excellent ventilation to ensure that frozen products do not get stuck.

12. The stainless steel electrical cabinet digitally displays the temperature inside the enclosure, and is manufactured by Schneider Electric of France for reliable performance.


Main Features

The evaporators are divided into six groups, each equipped with a damper. During operation, the evaporators can be closed sequentially for hot gas defrosting and can be thoroughly defrosted and cleaned after one week (7 days) of continuous use.
